Low Carb Brownies 

These flourless low carb brownies are really good specially with a glass of iced whole milk. If you are craving for chocolaty fudgy brownies but trying to cut down on carbohydrates intake, this recipe will satisfy you.

Low Carb Brownies

Flourless Brownies
2 ounces dark baking chocolate, broken into pieces
¾ cup salted butter
½ cup fine almond flour
6 to 8 tablespoons birch xylitol
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
3 large eggs

Flourless Brownies
  • Preheat oven to 350°F,
  • Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with nonstick aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • In a glass bowl, combine chocolate and butter. Microwave for 1 minute until melted. Stir to combine; set aside to cool.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together almond flour, xylitol, cocoa powder, and baking soda; set aside.
  • In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat eggs until slightly frothy. Add butter chocolate mixture and beat on low until fully combined. Slowly add dry mixture and beat on low until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  • Flourless Brownies
  • Spoon into the prepared pan and bake for 18 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly on a wire rack. Cut into 1 inch squares.
  • Enjoy with a glass of iced whole milk.
